Wanda Dyess began serving as the Secretary of TCTCT (a state Education Testing organization) at their June state meeting in Austin. She will serve for 1 year on an unexpired term then begin a 2-year term as President elect.
Wanda Dyess, completed her two years as President of the LCU Associates and ended her term as the Chair of the AWCE National Conference that was hosted by LCU’s Associates on campus in May. She wishes to thank the many faculty and staff who are involved as members and volunteers for the Associates, and encourages continued involvement. She will continue as chair of the Centennial Committee which will be hosting events throughout fall 2014 and culminate with a Grand Re-opening of the Arnett house in spring 2015 at the time of the homes 100th birthday. She has also taken on the responsibility as chair of the Associates Pie Booth for the South Plains Fair this fall.
