Executive Office

Departmental News

The Executive offices seem a little quieter after the spring semester with students gone, but the schedules are just as full.
President Perrin enjoyed a reunion with some of his family at the Presidential Portrait Reception that was held in the Cardwell Welcome Center on May 15th.  Doug and Dana Perrin and Mark and Becky Perrin were the donors of the latest Presidential portrait in the U.S. President collection that is usually housed in the library.  Paul Milosevich, a well-known artist from Santa Fe, updated the collection and was also honored at the reception.  President Perrin recently spoke at Brentwood Christian, in Austin, for their Baccalaureate service.  He also traveled to Houston for a stop on the President’s tour.

Dr. Starr has his business calendar full with meetings planning for future projects, such as Starbucks.  He also has several lunch meetings in order to build relationships with community business leaders.  The summer schedule allows him the opportunity to work on various projects and see where improvements can be made across campus for our students.  He is looking forward to a trip to Pine Springs to see all the good work that Mike Selleck and his team have done on the new chapel.
