Adventures with LCU

Here are a couple of the many groups of students, faculty, and more that went on school trips over Spring Break. 


Jesse and JoAnn Long along with Amy and Jeff Cary and Paula Gannaway and 10 LCU Bible and Nursing students experienced Turkey in a study abroad experience. 

The School of Education went on a mission trip to Tabacundo, Ecuador. They worked with LCU alums, Justin and Jauna (Marcum) Reeger ('04), directors at the Hacienda of Hope orphanage. The LCU students planned and taught lessons, tutored the orphanage kids each afternoon, sang at a nursing home, and passing out backpacks and school supplies in the community. This was the second mission trip to Ecuador. They were all very blessed by their time in Ecuador. The children left a special place in their hearts and they are already looking forward to going back next year.
