David Boyer attended the ACEPP (Association of Christian Educator Preparation Programs) in Memphis, TN on October 3-5.

Annette Mahan represented the School of Education at a recruiting event for Amarillo College on September 12.

Michelle Kraft continues to serve on the NCCAS special education review team for VSA Arts and the Kennedy Center for the new national standards for fine arts. Her and Karen Keifer-Boyd’s paper “IDEA <—> Empowerment through Difference <—> Find Card Strategies” was accepted for the publication Exemplary Programs and Approaches in Arts and Special Education by the Office of VSA/Accessibility Education Division of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. This publication will be available online through the Kennedy Center website.
