Tonya Bonner, instructor in Behavior Sciences, Kaylene Brown, instructor in Graduate Behavior Sciences, and Christy Oden, Lubbock LPC in private practice recently traveled to Nashville for the American Association of Christian Counselors World Conference. The American Association of Christian Counselors is a national organization with 50,000 members. The World Conference hosts 7000 Christian Counselors and boasts 200 workshops and 23 counseling tracks with some of the leading speakers in Christian Counseling. Plenary speakers included speakers such as Governor Mike Huckaby, as well as Christian speakers and authors such as Diane Langberg, John Townsend, Tim Jennings and Tim Clinton.
