Dr. Hennington has partnered with Richard Milburn Academy to create a program that allows LCU students to receive internship hours while working with the academy students. The program came about when the academy was in need of more counselors but without the funds to hire enough to take care of all of the students. This is the first semester the program has been in place but the academy is already seeing the benefits for the students and the school. You can learn more about the new partnership in this KCBD story.
